Site Update: Pagination is implemented for posts index

We are proud to announce that pagination feature in blog, posts, and news index page is now live. Therefore the previous and next links you see there actually works now. It also comes with a check that ensure pagination to only present when there are enough items to populate the page.

NB: On another note, you might have noticed that we now have a footer!
