DoS is comprised of news institutions, press, journalists, lawyers, notaries, judges, prosecutors, investigators, and many more associates. Their modus of operandi sometimes involve exchange of favors and informations. They are comprised of networks of individuals or professionals, often piggibacking at other facilites to obtain information. All of informations obtained by every associates were sent to and compiled by nodes. Each nodes would be clustered into task forces, processing all of the relevant informations, exchange results with other nodes, and reported directly to the DoC.
