1st Division: Frontline Responder
Summary: This division is trained specifically to be the scouting party, and to assess the situation before other divisions arrive.
First Division's current head is Lt. Col. Kang Hae-In (강해인) (m, 48), usually called 해인. Also the chief of the G28 Forces. He is a bright, cheerful, and playful person. He Barely shows his emotions, always mask it with smiles and positive vibes. Very perceptive to other individuals, and highly sensitive to changes in mood, and emotional distress.
