The current Head of the 5th Division, Esoteric Counter-Response is Michael "Mike" Carmichael (m, 52). Hendrik's Reflexior mentor, and a close friend of Chandra. An agile reflexior, that can perform small-scale minor reality bending relatively quickly. A hard and wide-scale reality bending requires more time of focusing.
